We have no minimum charges and we cost each project and quote firm prices.

| Tooling We have a a large selection of general purpose tooling, as well as our own tooling department. This will help you keep start up costs to a minimum. We also offer a sub-contract wire eroding service. As well as having the latest CNC machining centre which is customised to offer high speed machining. |

| Volume Production Our volume production facilities are very flexible, and allow economical production of a few hundred or even hundreds of thousands. With the latest CNC Autocoiling Machines ideal for volume quantities of springs, a Power Press Capacity of up to 70 tonnes, and a CNC Multi-slide, we have the correct processes to produce your products. |
CAD With some of the latest 2D and 3D cad software we are able to accept almost any file format. We are also able to generate CAD file for your jobs from your sketch or sample, as well as being able to accept you conventional drawing or other electronic formats such as PDF. |
| Managing Your Orders With a computerised sales order system, we can accomodate customer schedules and re-orders. Our drawing control system holds all drawings electronically. Our stock control system enables us to track our 5000+ parts in stock for our customers so we are able to quickly respond to your needs. |
