Here at Adwin Spring we are dedicated to bringing in the latest in CNC machinery.

We have an ever growing collection of the most up to date machines in their respective classes.

We have 2 CNC wire erosion machines, both incorporating the latest linear driven motors for increased accuracy. Coupled with this we also have a hole drilling machine which can drill hardened steel down to a 0.5mm diameter hole.

 

We have some of the latest and fastest Spring Coiling Machines, which have a very fast set up time and give us the opportunity to quote very competitive prices for producing 10 or 10 million springs. We have now expanded even more with a wire forming machine.

 

 

Also in our portfolio of machines we have a CNC Machining centre, this enables us to do very complex 3D tooling, from the smallest to largest tools, as it is specially adapted to give us high speed machining for micro machined parts. We have now also added Renishaw laser and touch probes to give us increased accuracy.

 

 

 

Our CNC Multislide machine is ideal for economic volume production of a wide range of parts.
